@SpyderTracks I used the webchat. They told me to wait 72 hour since my email and I'll receive an answer 100%.
Yesterday 72 hours has passed (I wrote on 30 Nov h 11:27), but no trace of an answer by tech support.
So I used the webchat again: they told me that the webchat is for sales advicecs...
I do confirm: I have the MUX setting in my CC, and I swithced as suggested, the reboot.
But...nothing changes on the benchmark results \ temperatures :(

it's pretty disappointing that my results with a 3080 16GB, 64BG 2666 RAM and an i7 are worste than systems with a 3070 8GB and 16 GB of RAM :cry:

"Regarding the RAM problem, the frequency reported by CPU-Z is the actual one, or rather the frequency reported in the BIOS is double the actual one. So CPU-Z is more accurate than the BIOS.
Modern rams are DDR (Double Data Rate)...
