Seems much happier now I have uninstalled Fan Xpert, and while I was at it I uninstalled Armoury Crate and have to say my boot up speed has noticeably improved

weirdly, since installing and running Fan Xpert 4 and setting it all to silent, the thing is now permanently locked on to noisy mode whether I am playing or not, will have to uninstall I think
