But the trend is always more of everything, not less. It may stabilise for a while but for new AAA games going forward 8GB is going to be entry level. For high settings with RT 12-16Gb will be the norm within 12 months.
Probably a bit of both. The decision is easy at the moment for mid range gaming, i.e. buy AMD and force Nvidia to up their game. Unfortunately if you aren't at all technical minded then you may end up buying the wrong card.
Watch the video above. You will have to seriously dial down the settings of some current and most future games due to the VRAM limit of 8GB. Basically in 12 months it will be obsolete for new AAA games.
I think the 4070 has to have 12GB or it's DOA. The 4060 ti and vanilla are both likely to have only 8GB and therefore will be very difficult to recommend either.
Novuna used to be called Hitachi Personal Finance when I used them. I had no problems at all with them back then and PCS have been using them for a very long time.
32GB of RAM and 16GB of VRAM for 1440p? That's just bonkers. Probably 80% of PCs out there won't be able to play it (at least at that resolution and decent settings). Mine won't.
