PCSPECIALIST Building a rig that lasts

I think it's a misunderstanding more than anything. The frustration isn't directed at you, even though it may feel that way, it's re-iterating the same thing on similar threads/comments that becomes a bit tiring. Granted, that frustration shouldn't be taken out on each member each time, I'm just...

PCSPECIALIST Hi, Is there anything glaringly wrong with this?

Can you re-visit your spec and use the "copy" button to paste the whole spec including the link? It means we can go in and start from your current position rather than having to recommend from the start. The budget is great for a non-gaming PC, as above really need to know what the intended use...

PCSPECIALIST NEW PC CAME DIRTY !!!

That looks spot on, it looks great there as well as I believe that's the actual system that you're getting. Very unusual to go from that condition to what you are seeing. A hoover hasn't exploded next to it as it?

PCSPECIALIST NEW PC CAME DIRTY !!!

It's definitely a Frame case, if it's got the RS fans then it's the correct case. I'm quite surprised. Make sure you send the video over to PCS as well.

PCSPECIALIST It has been 7 years...

Yeah, that was my thinking. It's over the odds, but so many are over the odds that it's just a margins game now. Apparently there is no RRP anymore.

PCSPECIALIST NEW PC CAME DIRTY !!!

They have photos and videos prior to dispatch so it should be quite easy for them to narrow it down. I certainly wouldn't be happy receiving such a build. Can you confirm that the case you have in your list is what you received? I think that case only released this year so it to be in that...

Did you order a white case as per previous? Have they sent the wrong case?

PCSPECIALIST Just ordered the most expensive laptop I never thought I'd need.

I think I can still buy a replacement MXM 1080 for my laptop. The price at the last view was ITRO £900 though (New). Looking around I can see I could purchase one for around £300, so there's at least the second hand market coming to the rescue. If my card failed I certainly wouldn't be dropping...

Until you see the price and current value of your laptop ;) It is great for any warranty failures etc though, massive step forward. There was nothing wrong with MXM for me.

PCSPECIALIST Is this a reasonable build?

I have no issue with that, stay within the rules and there isn't a problem. You are coming across as aggressive and argumentative. If you have a look at the tone of more than 50% of your posts you can see a pattern, you jump in on a thread just to argue. In real life this wouldn't be accepted...

PCSPECIALIST Is this a reasonable build?

I've issued a warning for posting content that isn't allowed on the forum. Please adjust your tone and stop being so aggressive as you will be banned if you continue in this manner. It's already been explained to you that we don't discuss grey market software on this forum. It's against the...

You can update to the 48GB anytime they're available. I wouldn't wait until you are at the front of the queue. As soon as they are in, add them to your build and that way you will have your place in line for the stock.

PCSPECIALIST New Toy - Nostalgia Overload!

Don't see it in the list, but thankfully I've just cracked the code in adding games! I've been reading about different ones. Availability is going to be the key as well though. The only thing I need to think about is the LED aspect. I do like that the buttons light up but at the same time I...

That doesn't mean anything to your configuration. It's just a default layout. Refer to configurator is telling you that it will specify in there if it is relevant (it isn't).

PCSPECIALIST New Toy - Nostalgia Overload!

Sadly it doesn't have TC on it (Or TC2 which is the one I would want). This is my priority to get installed on the system but loading more games onto Pandora is proving difficult. I can't find any information anywhere for the PC version. I'll keep at it though. I'm currently looking into Sanwa...

PCSPECIALIST New Toy - Nostalgia Overload!

I had been toying with the idea of a self build for a while. Had the old Laptop all ready and setup to be an emulation king but by the time I priced everything up I was as well purchasing something already done. There's no way I would have got this level of polish or detail doing it on my own, I...
