Thanks for the reply I just tried it with the DP out unplugged and it's the same I'm using the same USB-C port as in the above picture where it was all working 😅 (it literally was a shut down with it working, turn on and it wasn't)

@SpyderTracks it's a Dell P2423DE Yeah the monitors aren't showing in windows at all, monitor says it's receiving no signal on usb C Since the monitors are not showing in windows I can't change the display options to display on that monitor. It seems to be a laptop issue as the other laptop...
