    I'm getting on a bit so don't really understand the ins and outs of pin for pin replacement CPUs... Windows tells me that in order to run Win11 the above CPU needs to be replaced....     Scott, Many thanks for your speedy response. I note that there is a CPU change from AMD Ryzen 5 8600G to 7600. Is that significant in processor power? I wish there was a place you could try these out to see how they perform. Now putting on my thinking cap.
