Our new Optimus gaming laptop is showing this message when trying to buy Minecraft PC edition . I've tried it on my account (parent) and kid's account - we are all on Microsoft Family and have no issues sharing on Xbox. .
Can't imagine it's a hardware issue and expect it is an obvious software...
