No it's not. There is typically a BIOS feature that you must use to flash the BIOS. If you don't know how to flash your BIOS then you really must ask PCS for detailed instructions, not only to ensure that you retain your warranty but also to ensure that you don't brick the PC.
Taking it to your company's IT support provider and allowing them to mess with it may well have voided your warranty with PCS...
I agree with @SpyderTracks that trying to boot Windows in Safe Mode is a good idea. Safe Mode loads a stripped-down version of WIndows with onl;y critical services...
It is possible that SFC fixed the issue, but it's unlikely. I can now see from the Sysnative upload that you're not using the AX210, nor are you using the additional Realtek 8811CU USB WiFi adapter that you have installed. You saaid above that...
....but which wirelsss card do you use?
I agree...
It's a good idea to run Memtest86, please run it twice however, so you do 8 iterations of the 13 different tests.
However, the system log also shows that you have had a BSOD today...

In your System log I can see several Critical Error 41 messages, these indicate that Windows wasn't shut down properly. None of them are accompanied by BUGCHECK messages, which would indicate a BSOD, and that indicates that WIndows crashed uncontrollably - which is what you're reporting.

That's not in dispute. My point is that all modern CPU specs show a maximum (overclocked) RAM speed which is the maximum guaranteed RAM speed. Speeds above that may be possible, and commonly are possible, but they are not guaranteed to be stable.
In the interests of forum harmony I'll drop out...
I'm going to have to disagree with @SpyderTracks because it might not be bad RAM. Both Intel and AMD CPUs have a maximum specified memory speed at which they are guaranteed to work. If you look at the spec for your Ryzen 7 7800X3D the guaranteed maximum RAM speed with two sticks is 5200MHz...
You're right that the WHEA is from a different system, my fault for trying to do too many things at one. The nvlddmkm.sys error is from this system however.
There are a few application errors with exceptions indicating memory problems too, so a RAM test with Memtest86 is a good call...
Thanks for the logs, they are useful, but they point in two different directions. In your System log there are errors that point at either a graphics driver issue or a graphics card issue. The first suggests a problem with the graphics driver nvlddmkm.sys...

I may be butting in here but this post caught my eye. The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU has a maximum guaranteed memory transfer rate of 5200MHz (see https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/desktops/ryzen/7000-series/amd-ryzen-9-7950x3d.html). Speeds higher than this are usually possible but not...
Not many people know this, but Crete is a major breeding ground for rubbish skips. They migrate here each summer to give birth. It's a secretive process and few people have witnessed it. I did manage to grab this image of a mother skip with a newborn baby this morning. I had to snap this and run...
That video is fake. Haggis live on the mountain tops in Scotland and they only walk round the mountain tops in a clockwise direction. That means the legs on their right sides are shorter than those on their left. Haggis hunters use dogs that spring up and frighten the haggis which promptly turns...
Can you please navigate to the folder C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports, you'll probably see several sub-folders under there. Look in each sub-folder for dump files (.dmp) and upload to the cloud all that you find - with a link to them here.
Also export and upload your event logs...
