OK taking into account all suggestions (most of them) I put up something like that

Intel® Core™ i9 16-Core Processor i9-12900K (3.2GHz) 30MB Cache

Great ! Thanks a lot again I will definitely go by what you are suggesting about the 3080ti and M2 SSD . Just posted above monitors I've got as just get back home.
(didn't even choose the case just left default selection).
As for DDR5 it'll be bit of a gamble them I'm taking if I go that way.
Thanks a lot for that . Really need to rethink about it then. Was hoping that I won't have to change 3090 for many years to come but if 3080ti as you said gives more than enough for gaming (at the moment) then it make sense to go for it and then in couple of years change it to 40.. series.

1. How nessesary cooling is for heavy gamer spend 10 hrs + in one go on a demanding games?
2. Though that 3090 would be better for longevity + slightly better performance ?
3. Not much price difference in i7 vs i9 ?

Thanks for advice but AMD it's not an option for me . I've had bad experience with them so it's a No No from me.
As much as they may have improved I'd still go with Intel

Wasn't sure about the soundcard on board to be honest. Do you suggest to remove it from the build?
The build is a gift for my daughter as she got accepted on the uni . It'll be for her uni work 3d animation and rendering(future) and gaming of course. I know it may be too much at the moment but...
