This laptop is too old for a refund, But i would, at least, want a replacement by a equivalent or even lower spec model as stated in their warranty stuff.

I might send my laptop back to them for the 5th time due to multiple problems during the 4 previous rma and needless to say that I’m getting tired of it.

Yo i have the same specs as @Maxe999 and i get almost the same temps ( artix MX-4 option ), but its throttling very very hard in benchmark condition ( below 2,3ghz base clock on cpu. )
