Pre-production means you are in the queue waiting for them to build your order. it will change to “In Building” when they build it, and testing/QC shouldnt take too long. (within 1-3 days) if nothing goes wrong. After that they pack your order for dispatch.

Build status is the most important in my opinion, it is the moment when you will actually know if all parts for your build are in stock. wish you the best of luck!

tracking hasn’t gotten updated yet, need to wait for DPD to update their courier infos which hopefully will happen later today. I’d assume it’s next day for now, unless DPD is too busy to deliver it tomorrow.

They MAY prioritise build with earlier build dates that wanted to change to a 3060 Ti to speed things up if their cards are actually out of stock at the moment. This is only speculation thou, I don’t work for PCS. 😂

I ordered mine on the 19th Nov, and it only went into building last Friday. If you ordered it when stock was still available, then you may already gotten assigned one for your build, but I’m not 100% certain with how they operate. You are likely to get it after January thou because they are...

Hey, afternoon! Was busy this morning and didn’t have a chance to give you an update. Mine actually blitz through testing and QC this morning, and awaiting for dispatch now. Looks like they will probably be with us sooner than we expected. 😆🤞🏻

Has yours come out of building yet? Mine is still stuck in building since yesterday morning. Apparently it’s waiting for a testing slot....(what I was told on the Live Chat.

@calvej6 A quick update, my build went into building this morning. There’s still hope. :)

The problem is that it seems we keep getting contradicting informations, and we can’t really verify what’s true and what’s not. My order date is like 2 weeks earlier than yours, it was made around mid-late November. So if they prioritised earlier order, mine would have gotten built already...

Well I was told parts don’t get allocated until very near your build date/time, so who knows how they actually handle it.

I didn’t add any liquid cooling. It’s just the PCS FrostFlow 100 V2 Series High Performance CPU Cooler (AMD) I’ve chosen. It does specifically say the case only supports up to additional 3 case fans which contradicts the specification. Unfortunately the link for posting the specs doesn't work...
