Just got of the phone with PCS - arranged GPU swap tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Ok upgraded to latest version of windows. DDU remove and reinstall drivers. Run 3DMark and it crashes almost instantly. Boots with one beep then 3 consecutive beeps. New minidump attached. Seems like GPU failure :(

Ok so I did update per many posts above but when I did the reset it went back to the old (original) version. Guess to be expected. Have just updated to 21H1. Will re-run tests. txs

The clean and restart one in safe mode. Donwload latest drivers from Nvidia site. Reinstalled those drivers using standard install path.

Hi, Ok spoke with PCS today and got OK to update BIOS to latest version. Ran 3DMark Stress test and it crashed again. Attaching the dmp file to help.

No USB devices but will update bios thanks. Other thing i am experiencing as I do the windows reset is 3 short consecutive beeps from the motherboard upon reboot. Any idea what that's telling me? Thanks again for your help.

updated but it happened after the reboot as well. Performing a full system reset now. Really hope that sorts it as I use the machine to work from home

Taken a video as well to help explain. - One of the fans on 3090 is not running the other two are which is odd - Motherboard beeps a lot before restarting - There is now a BIOS error 'video card not supported by UEFI' ... Hard reboot and it got back into windows thankfully but doesnt look...

I was thinking I should stress test the GPU over a period of time? Any suggestions as to what to use to achieve this (3DMark) or something else?
