yeah. i live in a block of flats with 8 flats surrounding mine. i can generally pick up 10+ wifi routers on my phone never mind the other IOT things like my tv... wifi is useful in house as you are unlikely fill up the bandwidth but in a block of flats....

i'll remove the wifi/bluetooth as it'll be ethernet cabling. ive never liked wifi for gaming. i know it's good for it but i trust ethernet more.
