I checked all the connectors Spyder and all appeared connected. The fact the machine was tested and QC makes it all the more strange. Help desk seem to think the motherboard is the problem. They were going to send a new GPU thinking it was maybe a display port but I connected the laptop to the...
Took delivery of my new PC today. Booted it up and no signal to the monitor. Tried all the usual steps with no luck. Spent over an hour with a really nice guy called Maarten who talked me through some steps. We re housed the GPU, checked all internal cables, re fitted the RAM and all with no...
I placed my order on the 2nd July and my PC was dispatched on Thursday just past. Your order was roughly placed a week after mine. I'd imagine yours will be finished middle or end of this week.
I think everyone has made their point. Flogging a dead horse now. In fairness to the Moderator I think they're perfectly within their right to lock this thread. It has over stayed it's welcome. Hope you get a satisfactory resolution.
Quick question. I have ordered my PC with 16GB DDR4 3600mhz Ram along with an ASUS TUF X570 mother board. I have read that just because my RAM is 3600mhz it doesn't necessarily mean that is the speed I will get and the RAM will need overclocked through BIOS. My question is will PCS have it set...
Mine was dispatched yesterday and as I am in Northern Ireland wont be delivered until Monday. I was able to track it's journey through PCS, Sheffield, Birmingham and it's arrival to Belfast this evening. It fills me with dread my machine will be sitting in a DPD warehouse over the weekend...
My PC was dispatched yesterday and on my order I was able to see who built my machine, who tested it, who QC'd it and who packed it. I can't understand why/how someone would think they could get away with what sounds like significant damage when the whole process seems well marshalled. Hopefully...
Guys not sure if allowed feel free to take down if not. My machine was dispatched yesterday and I am expecting delivery on Monday. As part of the Nvidia promotion I was sent a code for Death Stranding. The game on offer at present with PCS is Rainbow Six Siege for anyone purchasing an RTX card...
Mountains and Mole Hills come to mind. If you bought a 2070 Super and got a 1660 Super I can understand the argument. The fact you got a 2070 Super when you ordered a 2070 Super seems perfectly reasonable to me.
Does anyone know if the order status changes from pre-production to in build? I am sitting at 20 working days and was advised all my parts were picked from the warehouse yesterday and is sitting in a queue to be built. So I would imagine if all my parts have been picked it must be close to...
Just a heads up for anyone waiting on a build with a 2060 Super. My order is being picked from the warehouse today and its a 2060 Super Zotac Dual Fan in stock. I asked if it was the mini version and was informed ITS NOT the mini version.
My system was due to be built tomorrow 28th July got an email on Friday 24th July saying it was being built today. Seen it was still sitting on pre production so messaged PCS and it's now been moved to 30th July. Gutted LOL!!
Totally and that's why this forum is crucial. The help I have received in putting together a system that was the absolute best for my budget has been nothing short of 1st class. Yourself, Scott and Nurse have been an absolute Godsend and personally I don't think I would have got better...
