So returned the PC and it ended up being a gpu issue. It was switched and got it resent out on Tuesday. Since then I’ve still got artefacts appearing that become more unstable. Also a fan stopped working. The fps drops/stutters are gone at least. Took photos of the artefacts and the fan

Tried the above. The flickering still happened outside the game and in task manager so I switched to a hdmi cable and it seemed to go away. Now switched back to the display cable and it’s been fine for now

There’s the back ports thanks. Also I tried verifying game files for mw2, cyberpunk and dead space on steam but only mw2 has files which aren’t recoverable if that means it’s caused by the game. Although is it normal for flickering to happen outside the game once it starts.
