    Thanks...all good info ! ...appreciate it .... working through stuff bit by bit to isolate it hopefully...its a pain the 4090 is in the way of the SATA ports ! Guess I could take the 4090 out but its a bit of a beast to handle LOL

    Hmm..it SAYS, no speed sensor controls react in the tests BUT when it sets fans to 60% to set them up , they definitely change .I made sure to stop Icue first...heres what it looks like after running the wizard...

    Indeed, but a much bigger mistake could be made by some users plugging/unplugging stuff into the motherboard without the real knowledge to do so ! :) :)

    Had a good play around but even if I turn the fans to really low on the GPU with afterburner temporarily, under the load that ramping up and loud fan is still there !..its. a mystery to be honest ..at least I have made progress on lowering temps, but really would like to isolate that loud fan...
