Can I just say that I'm a first time buyer from PCS and almost three months on from receiving my gaming laptop, I'm still smiling. I had to wait a while for my laptop, but it was worth the wait, plus really good service too. I hope that it's all sorted out for you soon.

I'm no expert, but the fact that you've done a fresh install of Windows and the problem is still there, it sounds like it may be a hardware problem to me rather than software related. The only thing I could suggest is check the device manager to see if the keyboard is enabled.

Sounds a silly thing to ask, but I just received my new Optimus Pro Elite 15 Gaming Laptop a couple of days ago and I'm really happy with it, but I want to make a back-up of the PC-Specialist Wallpaper that came with it. Does anyone know the location of it please?
