Looks like I might be asking them to replace the card. The card connects now, but I keep getting "No Internet" and the connection is slow.
Speedtest gave me 9mbps D/L on my PC, just done it on my Pi and got 61.5!
It worked fine for a little bit after speaking to tech support, so what they...
OK, spoke to Mark at PCS.
He's sorted it out, it took a little while running some commands from the command prompt, but seems to be OK now!
If I have any further issues they'll replace the card, so all good!
Only just got around to trying this, unfortunately it hasn't worked.
I'll have to contact tech support and see if they can talk me through a few things, if not the whole machine will have to go back. 😞
Cheers, I'll try that in the morning.
I'll have to download it onto a USB stick on my Pi and install it.
It is suspicious that my PC did an update recently and now I have issues.
I've tried one more thing, I've shared a mobile hot-spot from my phone and it won't connect to that either, and I've also tried bridging my Sky Wi-Fi via my phone and that doesn't work.
So it's narrowed it down to either a Windows issue or Network adapter issue.
Hope this helps to diagnose it!
I' getting the above error when I try to connect to the internet.
I've already tried the following:
1. Trying another device. I've successfully connected my Raspberry Pi (using it to type this), my mobile, and the Sky boxes around the house can all access Netflix, etc.
2. Reset my router, I...
I have started getting notifications that BullGuard is trial only and is going to expire soon, but my order (below) shows that I paid for 1 year,
Is this something I can sort out myself or do I need to contact PCS?

Thanks guys, had a bit of advice off a DJ friend of mine this morning and this is sorted now.
He advised that if you have 2 sound cards (Xonar and Realtek onboard in my case), you can configure the software to use both.
So, the Xonar is connected to my full 7.1 system now for output and my cue...
I've just bought a new rig from PC Specialist (Arrived yesterday)
I use my rig for DJ'ing, but I'm having an issue with my Xonar card.
I have set Pioneer Rekordbox to use Channels 1&2 (Front) as the Master (Main Speakers), and Channels 3&4 (Rear) as my Cue (Headphones) as per Pioneer's...
Not sure if this belongs here or in the Linux section!
Has anyone on here bought a Raspberry Pi 400?
I thought I'd ask on the PCS forums as I'll probably get a more balanced answer on here compared to the Pi boards!
I'm toying with the idea of getting one as a 2nd computer, mostly for retro...
I use about 6 different plugins for adding analogue sounding effects, reverb, flanger, etc.
The rest are synths, sample packs, and vocal tracks.
I think my drum machine plug in eats a lot of memory, that's about 1Gb on it's own with all the samples!
Now I know it's on it's way here's the lovely little machine I've ordered:

Yeah, I just hope Dave next door is in or I spot the driver!
With the app saying my address and then "Deliver to any neighbour" I changed that bit to a specific one because we have issues with the one on the other side and she'd probably nick it out of spite, or at least deliberately hold...
