I have a Proteus VIII, had it 11 months now and no problems with it at all its been amazing :) Best buy i have ever bought.

The noise is acceptable and tends to stay the same volume unless you playing a high powered game

I would add another hdd.. games can eat hdd space .. some games can be 200gb so 2tb wont last long really.. its also nice to keep things seperate from each other

I have never really used it on the battery so i dont know about that.. if i had to pick one problem with it.. it would be its a little noisy when just generally running.. otherwise its perfect.. i have updated ram etc and had no issues

They adjust whats left to the time period.. i suggest paying as much as you can.. thats what i did.. i paid mine off before the year!

Yes its usb or if u really want u can plug into a wall by an adapter.. it does have a usb plug on board so you dont technically lose a usb port

I have a Proteus VIII with 2070 and i have a fan pad under it! it also helps to clean under it regularly but taking the panel can be a bit of fun!

I have the Proteus VIII with RTX 2070 it gets hot during game play its a little noisy during normal usage, from the fan

My laptop is usually quietish with a slight squeal.. if i do something high powered it gets faster.. its never gone as loud as the "flying" button Mine is never totally quiet

There is also a High Fan power button on the Proteus VIII on the top right hand of the keyboard.. try turning it off that way..

I have Star Citizen.. i havent actually played it... waiting for it to be more.. playable..
