Is it possible to gain DDR5 on this PC? There's no options to swap the motherboard so I presume not but it's a thought.

Would I go about upgrading the graphics card or PSU first? I would assume graphics card but it wouldn't be able to be fully utilized with a weak PSU, so I'm not fully sure
