I'd also recommend going for an RTX 2070 super instead (only if you game at 1440p), as I think it has a better cost to performance ratio than the 2060 super. But it's up to you, of course. :)
AMD gives you more bang for your buck. So the performance to cost ratio is a lot better when it comes to AMD as opposed to Intel. Considering you're on a relatively tight budget, I'd go for AMD CPUs. :)
