Having thought on it longer, I'll keep the 7900 XTX for a while and skip both the Nvidia 50 and 9000 series, but I do agree that without a deadline it would be best to wait.
I can see now that the Crucial drive is overkill and that 1200w would be better future proofing than the Gen 5 Crucial if...
They were able to attach the 7900XTX to the quote! I also got to re-configure a few things and ended up upgrading the ram to 64GB as I had spare left over. Thank you so much for the help!

I did want an all white build using Luna, but it unfortunately only has the 4060 Ti right now, and 5080 on pre-order (conflicts with time cosntraint, and is one that I do not want). 4060Ti is too close in performance to my current 3070...
