That of course is what everyone wants, spending a chunk of cash on a top end graphics card to have some epic tearing in games.
I know we get loads of threads asking for advice on how to get the best tearing in games, everyone is so in to it at moment.
One thing to add.
If going for the 500D SE, get one of these for rear fan.

You can get some games to run smoothly, however you then have to take mouse and keyboard in to account on the overall feel for the game.
some mice only do 125hz, where as gaming mice (such as my Deathadder) are doing 1000 ha polling.
worst case would be a player with say 3090 a 60hz monitor...
No my opinion is based on having a 1080p 75hz monitor And. 1080p 144hz monitor, being on Steam pretty much since it started.
Playing FPS, RPG from 2000 to 2020.
I can play varying graphics quality games from Valhalla to say Rome total war or medieval total war.
my 75hz screen with Vsync off...
Are you just jumping in to this thread to Troll?
2 posts on the forum, jumping into a random build thread = Trolling in my book.
I never said watching benchmark videos was wrong, I said they were watching the wrong ones.
If Trolling please try to increase your grasp of the English language...
While the pixels will be better, you are limited by the monitor refresh rates.
Yes RDR2 will get low frames on 1080p, it’s down to how it’s optimised.
it gets higher frame rates at 1440p, as games are like that.
it is utterly pointless going for 3080 with those screens.
a 3060 Ti would...
You are watching the wrong videos.
Also a lot of games are badly optimised and certain features basically kill frame count irrespective of card or screen.
I also do not believe you will get higher than 75fps irrespective of what card you fit, the limitations are those terrible screens.
Exactly this, there is zero chance of justifying 3080 for gaming it 1080p and also on the worst size of 1080p screens.
@Stacey ACER do a couple version of that monitor model, have you go the 1080i or 1080p
Also refresh rate is around 75hz if remember right.
if going 3080p, you seriously...
Okay, first of yes you can use you Windows 10 licence.
the rest, of questions are around your build.
Why Intel?
AMD are on another level.
Total budget.
What monitor you pairing gfx card with.
Types of games, level of expected quality etc.
types of applications
and include the build...
