Yes, it goes to 100%, I only have automatic and maximum, when I clink in the arrow it allow me to increase the fan speed.

All the drivers came from windows update like Bhuana50 said, also I checked the optional drivers but it does not have any Also those are the drivers I have from PCspecialist, but I did install any of them

I am back, and I did a clean installation but unfortunately still the same, I will now download the Intel driver using them program to check the drivers. Also I do not have the Arc drivers installed yet.
