So i sent to them a pic of my laptop on collection day Yea, i sent to them a pic of my laptop on collection day... Seems like they were wrong... and didn't charged me extra. Fully refunded.

Well my refund has been confirmed, but before they can proceed with it they are asking me to pay £59 for the scratches on the laptop panel that was made by someone i guess their technician (somehow??) , but not by me, i know this because i had a laptop case on it all the time... Anyone ever had...

I had the same problem with the fans, 1 of them was not connected...

Hi guys, I have exactly the same problem when running on batery..

Thanks for the help. With FAN boost mode on, fans are working really loud but at least they keep CPU and GPU with lower/low C*, but the middle of the laptop where is the pipes still gets really hot, probably it's normal, dunno..

Can i do it using gaming center?

1 more question Both fans seems to be working, however, the marked area still gets very hot, i dont know if this is normal.
