A little update on my side. The laptop has been repaired and returned. Everything works now flawlessly. So that's great!

Same here. I reinstalled windows. Let windows do the updates, then downloaded the nvidia driver from clevo, installed it, and finally downloaded control center from clevo too. Still not working.

I did the same. I order without windows and installed. I will now reinstall it.
