That looks spot on, it looks great there as well as I believe that's the actual system that you're getting. Very unusual to go from that condition to what you are seeing.

A hoover hasn't exploded next to it as it?
I wonder if it’s some cruel targetted marketing for the new Danny Dyer film, “Marching Powder”?

I don't know of what could've happened really it's very strange

I just hope when I return this I would receive a build with different new components and not just to dedusting it

UPDATE ( Not really ) :

I was meant to get a call back in an hour after the first call in the morning 10am

I didn't get a call so I had to give them a ring instead, someone else answered he checked the system and was willing to give me Extended warranty 😁

I then asked to speak with the same guy that I was talking in the morning and he was busy apparently

Now I'm meant to get another call from that first guy when he's free and if not another one will give me an update later today..

My disappointed just got BIGGER !!!

I ordered a refund... frustrated atm

So the whole story of today between me and PCS was that I called them 3 times

First guy was nice and considerate and I could feel it that he was very sorry for this to happen and was gonna make things right.

He was supposed to call in 1 hour but didnt

I called after 5 hours or so and someone else answered and offered me an extended warranty , I told him that I need to speak with the first guy as he knows whats going on , he says he will call you because he's busy at the moment

But he didnt and I had to call again

NOW

The last guy was actually so cold to me and didn't even mentioned sorry at any point ( not that I was looking for one)

He asks me what's your name, and whats your problem.

I gave him details

He goes right, we can give you return and repair or extended warranty.

I said I'm not looking for repair, I only need to return this as is not in a new condition or as should be.
Im not sure if you've seen the photos I have sent to know the problem that the pc is full of dust and hair everywhere and the bottom front panel is damaged

- SEND ME THE PHOTOS AGAIN AS I DONT SEE ANY DAMAGE

I sent the photos and in one of them you can see the front bottom panel

- SEND IT TO ME AGAIN

But those are the only photos I have and it's clear there to see

-Okay let me take a look ... Right I'm putting it as damaged on transit and return and repair for you

I then said if he understands where I'm coming from , and that Im looking for return only and replacement with a new one, like everything new

- YES I UNDERSTAND, we will PUT EVERYTHING ELSE NEW, but we will repair and use the graphics card if it works, and if it doesnt we will replace it

I then said I'm not looking for that sir , the graphics card is full of dust too, I would've like everything new as I paid 3k for it and I'm not willing to try stuff like that

- Yes but then you will have to wait days, weeks, months for the new graphics card to arrive

I said I dont mind that but right now I cannot believe that you won't just clean this and put it back as it was

- BUT I'M TELLING YOU THAT IT WILL BE NEW BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ( in a rude way)

I said I understand but I just dont trust you anymore and the way you're talking to me is not right and you never came to me saying sorry this is our fault we will take it back and give you a whole new thing.
You tried every possibility for me to accept your conditions but not this

- OKAY THEN WHEN DO YOU WANT TO RETURN IT




Im sooooo disappointed and I was actually veeeery frustrated, I didnt like the whole energy

I was very excited these past weeks but here you go

This is really unacceptable, I would raise a complaint even if you are getting a full refund.
Tbh I was nice the whole day with them even tho I think I'm the one who should be annoyed

And I was okay for them to send me a new one and willing to forget what happened there

I didn't even think for a second someone would turn to me like that and I was really surprised and didn't want to believe what just happened there

I will definitely raise a complaint

I'm truly sorry to hear this, for what its worth (very little...) it doesn't sound like anything I think PCS would want to come out.

Thank you for feeding back and also for keeping your posts here fair and impartial even given your valid frustrations.
