...since I purchased my PC from PCS and it has been an absolute unit without a single fault or failure. i7-8700k and 1080 have served me well, and STILL run modern games quite alright.
The time to upgrade has come yet again, however. I am after that 1440p high fps performance, with future-proofing as best as budget allows - I'd like to stay to an absolute maximum of £2500. It will be used for gaming - PoE, D4, WoW, Apex, OW/Rivals, Witcher/Hogwarts/Cyberpunk/etc type games, and others.
I also occasionally, rarely, sometimes, not often at all, do stream as well.
The monitor I have added to the build is below but for a quick glance, it's - AOC 27" Q27G2E/BK - 2560 x 1440, 155HZ, 1MS, HDMI
Additionally, I have 2 (out of 3) other monitors I plan to use for non-gaming (that I currently use), but I might be happy with 1 27" and 1 24":
1. 24G2W1G3 (1920 x 1080) 165hz (current main monitor, works fine)
2. S24R35xFZ (1920 x 1080) 60hz (this one occasionally goes on the friz and starts displaying artefacts and flickering which settles and goes away after unplugging it for a bit... I did get it for free)
3. VG248 (1920 x 1080) 60hz (this is my oldest and came with my current PC, has artefacts in the form of a few colourful lines in one of the corners that don't go away)
Odds are, I'll stick to just #1 and the new one, but I have kinda gotten used to 3 now...
Any suggestions/comments about how I could touch up the build would be very much appreciated. I've never gone full AMD before, so I am kind of anxious.
