Hey there,
Got the laptop in October, havent used it much but the few times that I have used it, I have had some problems with the mouse and I am not sure how to fix it.
So if I am scrolling down a page, on the mousepad I would click on the side bar with 1 hand and the other i would slide up or down on the mousepad to, well, go up or down the page.
After a short time, that stops and if I try to click then slide, it wont let me but if I double tap and keep the finger on, then I can move up and down but again that stops working and it acts like the mouse button is stuck on. If I move the mouse over somewhere to click, it wont click, I dont know if I am explaining it well to be honest but it is getting hard to do anything when I cant use the mouse.
Its probably some setting I need to switch off maybe, I'm not sure.
There's an image on the mousepad of a lightbulb with an arrow pointing to a design of a mousepad that says on next to it and below it the same lightbulb but it has the lines around the head to signify it is on with an arrow pointing to a mousepad design and the word off next to it
