Storage wont load

Hi Guys. I wiped computer other day as i was having issues with OBS, Got obs and everything up and running now.
But when i go to start-settings-systems-storage. The storage section wont open it, It flickers then i end up back to desktop. See pic what i am trying to view. Does anyone know what the problem could be thanks.

Can you see the drives in file explorer?

i been installing everything and just checking.
But when i load into safe mode i can open it and it says

An Administrator has disabled the storage service on this system

Sorry guys. its fine now.

I just searched Services, Then went down to Storage Service. Then right clicked and clicked log on. I noticed, The Allow service to interact with desktop wasn't checked. I have just checked it, Now working.
