When building the PC, does PCS installed the latest drivers?

Hi all,
Please excuse the novice question, but when building a PC, does PCS install the latest drivers for the computer during testing? For example, motherboard bios, audio/lan/Bluetooth etc..? I only ask as I've noticed the motherboard manufacturer I've ordered has released new updates within the last week.
(My build went into testing yesterday).
And I'm pretty clueless!

If you ordered with windows it will come fully installed and configured.

Pleasure When you first get into windows, it's worth immediately running windows update just in case there's anything that needs applying (such as AV updates).
