Hi @carlos726811 - what is your budget and main uses? You say gaming and streaming, what sorts of games?

What monitor do you have (or are you planning on getting)?

The general consensus at the moment is AMD is superior to Intel so an AMD build may be more suitable. If you could help us out with a budget etc. as above though that would help.

I am using a 1920 x 1080 240hz Monitor my old rig died on me not sure how long I had it and I was running i7 7700k 1070ti gpu 16gb ram

I play all different kind games.

Cyberpunk 1977 ( Pre ordered )

I buy all the new releases on the day

Budget £3k

I think you're considerably over-spending on the Motherboard, the RAM and the GPU. These items aren't future proofing your build in any way.

You are in a tricky place to be honest. You will notice a slight difference with high FPS gaming, if that's your aim of course, opting for the 9900k.... but in your position, this is the only benefit with a number of drawbacks to be considered.

9900k is the best for extreme FPS at 1080p. It has to be mentioned that by "best" i'm talking about a difference of a couple of %. As in 250fps vs 240fps.
With an AMD build you would have a socket with future potential, the fastest M2 option available, far better temperature management, cheaper, just as good in every other gaming scenario (1440p, 4k, etc) and more efficient in multi-tasking (Streaming etc).

With your current build I would look to change the following:

Motherboard - Aorus PRO is as good as it gets. The only reason to consider the MASTER is for high end gaming audio. The PRO has excellent audio with a DAC built in but the Master just takes it to another level. If you're serious about audio though, you're going to buy a proper DAC anyway.
RAM - 16GB is more than enough for any gaming scenario. Especially when considering 1080p. You are in no way future proofing anything as by the time 16GB is anything but optimal... DDR5 is going to be out, maybe even DDR6, so the whole system will have expired by that point anyway. It's just wasted money.
GPU - For 1080p high FPS, even at high fidelity settings, you're looking at a 2070 Super. Even that's overkill but if you REALLY want to push it a little, you could argue the 2080 Super. The 2080 Ti is just down right wasteful. The £700 saved could be considered the "future proofing" as you will have £700 to spend on a FAR better GPU next year.

Again, that's massive overkill. You seem pretty intent on wasting money to be honest.

The 3700X is more than enough for streaming & gaming. Most games only use 2 cores so having another 6 for streaming is overkill, never mind another 14. Most would recommend the 3700X for your uses. Since the budget allows, the 3800X could be argued as it's a tiny bit faster for not a lot of money more.
With the 3800X the B450 board would be my choice but you could argue the X570 Strix. The Hero is just bonkers.
For the PSU the 750Rmx would be my recommendation. The 850 is no better other than having more wattage headroom.... that you don't need. A 550W PSU would be plenty but the RMx is an excellent range of PSU.
With the 3800X the standard cooling solution would be fine but it's always nice to have a good cooler on there. The budget allows so I would go with the H100i Platinum, the H115i is a fair shout with the case you have selected also. It doesn't make much difference here. If you wanted to save the money the 240mm Coolermaster cooler would do a great job.

Agree with the above re the Wifi and the warranty.
