Best PC build without GPU for about £700?

Hi, I already have a 3gb GTX 1060 card and will fit that myself when I get the desktop, but could someone suggest me a configuration for a new desktop which is fast and quiet for around £700 or less. I will only be using it for gaming on a 60hz monitor. I would also just like one drive - a ssd.

The particularly quiet cases, PSUs, and coolers are expensive. So are SSDs.
