Firstly;
No, the standard AMD cooler will cope fine. The only time you ever really *need* a CPU Cooler is if you are OCing in my opinion.

Secondly;
Aside from speed and build quality (in my opinion Kingston is just more robust), there is little difference that would have a baring on performence.

Sorry, just to clarify - would I need to CPU cooler for this spec?? Also, will the 650W PSU be OK? Im NOT looking to OC anything.

Im just trying to finalize a few bits for the NY purchase :)

By default, all computers come with a CPU cooler. You do not "need" to opt for a better CPU cooler, but if you would like your computer to run as quiet and cool as possible, you may wish to consider this. A 650W PSU will be fine, our configurator will tell you if you need any extra power.
