Won't boot

PC won't boot, it just turns on and MEMOk red led turns on and nothing happens. At first I thought it was my RAM but after changing RAM few times(checked more than 5 RAM sticks separately) I am not so sure anymore, I tried removing CMOS battery, tried to Clear RTC ram. My Mother Board is working if I don't insert any RAM at all it starts beeping like crazy((1 long, 2 short)-repeating) , power supply also seems to be working, at least the fan is on.
While I was changing RAM i was using anti-static wrist band and using some other precautions against static damage.
Could somebody give some advice, please? Tomorrow I will try again as I soon have to go to work and so I don't have enough time to try today anymore.

Press & hold the mem ok switch until the led starts blinking,
this should begin automatic memory tuning.

I forgot to mention that I also tried pressing and holding it till the led started to blink for each RAM stick.

I searched the web for similar problems, took a look at motherboard manual but couldn't find anything useful that had worked, still can't turn on PC properly it just won't boot. Don't have a spare motherboard or power supply so I can't check myself if they are faulty or not. So I am thinking of just giving up and RMA my PC, I think that it would be faster to RMA now than do it 1 more week later by doing so waiting 1 additional week to be able to use it again.

How long it would take receive PC back after RMA it, I mean on average, 2 weeks or a month?
How much would it would cost for them to add 8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X 1600MHz while they are checking my PC and maybe also 1TB SATA II 3Gb/s HDD?

From posts i have seen here, the time from pickup to delivery of your fixed system is often less than 1 week. Often it can be fixed over the phone, or they can send out a replacement for you to fit yourself.

As far as costs of fitting new components goes, i don't know. Best to phone them up, you could get a rough idea by playing about with the configurator.

I could phone them or get a replacement if the problems gets identified but there is a possibility that could I screw up and make things even worse as I haven't got the experience in working with hardware and sometimes I might be a little clumsy so I am not very confident in myself and that's why I think it would be wiser to RMA my PC instead of trying to fix something myself and make things worse.
I think that memory itself shouldn't cost more than £40 and Hard Drive maybe ~£90

Have you tried a brand new CMOS battery? I see you have removed it and reinstalled it I guess, but it could be faulty and therefore not hold any charge at all. You could check it with a voltmeter, or just buy a new one and test it to save some time. Did you touch the jumpers when you took the battery out to clear CMOS? Alternative and easy way: If you have an overclock save it to a profile in bios (easy on that motherboard) and then turn the machine off, take all leads out and take the Cmos battery out. Then leave it with the battery out for a good 5 mins, and put it back in.
I say this as I have the same motherboard and had this happen to me too. I got the red memok led turning on boot (it should flash once, post beep and then go out) and staying on solidly; nothing would boot. It appeared that the CMOS battery was faulty. I checked multiple forums and this is the conclusion I came to, and phoned PCS to check and got the same opinion. They sent me a new CMOS battery but before it arrived I did what I stated above and all was well. In your case you may need a new battery; or there could indeed be a problem with the ram slots on the motherboard, unlikely but could have happened. Like you say the manual was useless in helping!

Edit: Just seen you havent got an overclocked processor so no need to save profiles etc. :)
