wondering about my rma'd pc

sent you guys at pcs my pc and it was recieved yesterday-would like to know if there is any news on the state of my pc,what ,if anything is wrong-checked the 'tracking rma' section on the main site and it just says rma recieved.i am a bit anxious about the whole thing,i am assuming nothing has been checked,tested with my pc,thanks

As soon as the machine is on the technicians bench you will be updated on the situation.

At the moment RMA's are upto date and there shouldnt be much of a queue before its looked at.

hey,mister dave,im assuming you e-mailed me about my rma,thanks for the feedback and the re-build,hope i get my pc in working order this time..

it sure was. I hope so too, once I'm done its just down to DHL to do their part.

I'm happy to report that your PC passed all hardware tests this afternoon and has been running its overnight burn in test for just under 1hour, this will carry on testing until it fails (confident that it wont) or when I turn it off in the morning usually after a good 20hrs of testing.

hey misterdave, you use linux then instead of windows.... i had linux installed on my ps3............very,very versatille operating system..........cheers anyway for time,feedback and effort

I use both, my home computer runs Ubuntu 10.04, Win7 Ult x64 & XP Pro, but I won't go into detail as its off topic.

Your machine passed all over night tests and will be dispatched after completing some benchmark tests.
