Windows not activating

Got my Recoil 17 with Win11 Pro Today - Went through the setup, updates etc, but Windows is not Active and refuses to activate without a Product Key. I was led to believe that activation was built into the BIOS and I do not have a Product Key. Is there a work around? Have messaged Tec Support but no replay as yet.

If you go into your main account you should be able to see the key in your spec, make a note of it then run the activation trouble shooter, where you should be able to enter it manually

As Martin says, if you go to your orders page, it's included in your spec, about two thirds of the way down the page.

It should have been entered during the setup process. It was perhaps missed.

I don't think PCS systems will bake into the BIOS, I think that's OEM only, but if registered it should have certainly given your system a unique ID on their servers so that it will automatically activate in future, should you reformat or etc. The only time this won't work is when there has been a significant hardware change.
