Is the windows 10 license key legit if I buy it online, just wondering because I can order a pc without windows 10, and buy it after.

If you buy it from a reputable seller then yes it will be. Just be sure to purchase your licence from a known shop, i.e. your local PC store, Amazon, etc.

If you're paying significantly less that the Microsoft retail price then its almost certainly pirated.
