windows 10 setup infinite loop

Hi,
just today my laptop arrived: Octane Series from pcspecialist
I read the manual and started to setup windows 10 that is already installed but, the laptop after few steps, reboots.
I checked custom settings instead of express ones, but even if disabling everything, it show the "Just a moment" screen , and reboot.
What can I do?

Reinstall from scratch I'm afraid. You can create a bootable USB from here if you need to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10. This sometimes happens where the installation becomes corrupted and bootloops.

Yep, it's not an uncommon issue. It's not nice but it's not the end of the world, just do a clean reinstall as SpyderTracks suggests.
