I would probably drop the CPU to the 7800X3D as it requires less configuration for gaming. I'm not sure if it's still as tricky for Windows to handle the parking but if it is, it requires intervention for different tasks/processes at times. It's not complex, it's just annoying. With the 7800X3D you don't have any of that. The performance difference between the 2 chips is marginal other than with MSFS where there are a few % points in it (again, considered marginal really). If you really want the absolute most out of it then it's an OK option, but the 4090 would be a better shout regardless.

I would probably choose an Nvidia card. You get better tech for frame generation at the moment and it can really bump those frames up. The 4080 Super would be my choice but I've left in your initial choice below.
