Have you run windows update and installed any optional updates too?
What about the WiFi antennae? I would just check the connections on stuff and updates, see if its not something simple like that first.

Your full specs would be useful though, so people know what you are working with, and when did you get the machine/have you properly setup etc

The strange thing is the upload speed is better than the download speed. However all my other devices have much better download speed about 45mbs. On my pc im getting about 8mbs>

WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD - Im sure others have said that there is a driver issue with this?
Apparently the windows update one isnt using the most up to date... Spyder mentioned it in another thread recently.

Are you able to put a pic of the device manager up showing your network stuff?

Extract all on it, then run the exe file
Should take you through the install from there.

Double check in device manager first that its the right WiFi card though!

Checking in Device Manager may not confirm it's the right Wi-Fi card....Tenda cards come up as Realtek I believe due to using Realtek firmware (or something)

The W322E is the right card though as it's the only Tenda card that fits the specs
It’s the chipset the card uses. Most WiFi and audio cards are Realtek chipsets.

A couple of WiFi cards are Intel chipsets.

It’s like an nvidia graphics card can be made by hundreds of different manufacturers, just all using the nvidia graphics chip.
