WiFi/Bluetooth indicator issues.

I recently got my Vortex III and it has been a superb laptop so far but for one nagging problem the Wifi/Bluetooth indicators. For some reason even though my Bluetooth is off or on the light stays on. As for my WiFi the light just stays off even though my WiFi is on. I am running Windows 8 Pro and my wireless adapter is Killer Wireless-N 1202. I assumed its a driver problem but I have uninstalled and reinstalled them but no such luck. Any ideas?

Thanks for this, really helped alot. I suppose no fix for the Bluetooth indicator then? Though I guess its probably the same problem in the registry.
