Hi Guys,

I am still stuck on what to choose for my graphics card, either a GTX 690 or SLI GTX 680, I've heard different things about them both, But I want to know what you guys will think will be the best for me.

This is what I'll be running:
Coolermaster Haf-X full tower gaming case
I7 3770 (3.4GHz)
Asus Sabertooth Z77 Thermal Armour
16GB Kingston HyperX Genesis Dual-DDR3 @ 2133MHz
240GB Kingston HyperX 3K SSD
1TB Caviar Black
10x LG Blu-Ray Re-Writer, 16x DVD
Corsair 850W Enthusiast Series
Coolit Eco II A.L.C Advanced Liquid Cooler
NZXT Sentry 2 Fan controller with upto 5 fitted case fans
Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Champion
Windows 7 Home Premium
3 x Asus VG278H
And also Another 27" TV when I get round to buying it.

Feedback will be greatly Appreciated! :) (Y)

Thanks!

The GTX 680 SLI would perform slightly better than the GTX 690 however it consumes more energy and it is more noisy. Depends on what your needs are, I'd go with the GTX 690 if I am planning to add a second card in the future. I have the GTX 680 SLI and so far I have no issues at all, less noisy and cooler than the GTX 580 I had and good for 3D gaming in surround so far.

I do plan on getting another 690 maybe around Xmas. I can only just afford the monster set up on an apprenticeship wage XD. Do you know anyone that has the 690?

1200w , 1050w would probably do but to be safe I'd go with 1200w.

Off the topic of the thread, but looks like you're planning to overclock, but the CPU is not unlocked to overclock.
If you aren't then you could downgrade a lot of the specs.
