500GB SATA HDD (5,400)

or this (only difference being a lesser CPU and a better GPU)
2.

Intel® Core™i5-3320M (2.6GHz)
1 x 4GB 1600MHz RAM
Nvidia 2.0GB GeForce GTX 675M
500GB SATA HDD (5,400)

Want to use my laptop for games, other than that I would just use it for web browsing and iTunes etc..

Which spec would be better???

It will be good enough to run the vast majority of games on high settings.
The CPU isn't all that important as far as gaming goes apart from a very few CPU intensive games,but best check out system requirements for the games you want to play yourself.The main component for gaming is the GPU.
You will get people on the net harping on about benchmarks to disagree with that,but in my opinion the the average user wont notice any difference.
