Where To Put My Tower

Stupid and simple question I'm sure, but where is the best place to put your tower.

My desk isn't big enough to even think of putting it onto that, so I've been using an Anti heat pad I bought for my laptop yeaaarsss ago and that sits on a hard wood floor. Do you think that will do or should I invest in a proper tower stand

Thanks

It should just sit on the floor, no need for a stand, especially on hard wood.

Most cases these days come with feet to give it a little clearance so it doesn't hinder airflow.

As above - no actually need for anything on hardwood.

I bought one of these for my tower though - but because it’s straddling the leg support of my desk and I wanted to able to easily get it in and out of there for cleaning and so on.

It’s not the prettiest solution but it works!

Mine just sits on laminate floor, as the others have said they have feet on them to raise them up, heat rises so air is naturaly going to be pulled from underneath
