Morning,

the USB port on my PC has failed, just had a search up online and cant seem to find anything. We have two PC specialist PC's with the same problem.

Cooler master case as per the picture, any info would be a great help or if there is any other info required

Cheers Bud

Have you tried contacting PCS directly and ask them - no one here works for PCS (other than the odd mod employee that pops in), but you will be better off asking them directly.

It does however look like that if it is part of the case, then spares may have to be obtained from the case manufacturer.

Are the machines till under warranty at all?

Thanks for the advice. My PC booted up and then shut down because of an issue, traced it back to this part as it also looks damaged, as soon as it was disconnected the PC works fine again. I cant remember what the message was now

Was anything plugged into it at the time, try reconnecting it with nothing plugged in and see what happens

If it's been physically damaged, that's another thing.

But it's not a modular component, it's part of the case. You could request an RMA on the case, if not, then have a look at the case manufacturer website to see if they sell replacement parts.
