It really helps us if we have the full system specifications listed from the order page along with the symptoms you're facing. Reason being is there can be multiple possible influences to one symptom, and seeing the entire specs helps us narrow down where to look.
There's detailed instructions on posting the full specs from the order page here, and please post the lot, don't assume some isn't required, every bit is helpful:
