What major think in a way sums up your childhood?


Mine, for example was playing crash bandicoot on my PS1 and watching/reading Harry Potter. :)

streets of rage was the king i played like 40 hours straight with my cousin one time golden axe was good too but i was always a fan of shinobi.

playing a wide array of games on a C64, then when I was 16, my mum and dad buying me a commodore amiga for my birthday and being blown away by the graphics, not to mention having the games load a lot faster.

floppy disks seemed space age back then.

Aladdin and streets of rage* on the megadrive lol, still remember the level skip code for aladdin not that it was hard! ABBAABBA haha

Magic Mushrooms (by Acornsoft) was an awesome game! I spent quite a lot of time playing that (much to my Mums despair I think)
You could design your own levels

Ok, anyone else watch the Dizzy video and just get really frustrated with the guy playing? :D

Just remembering how awesome games of that calibre looked/felt at the time...its like watching Crysis 2 Benchmarks! :D
