Unless you're playing games that are heavily modded, in most cases, yes. It's been mentioned on here about Microsoft Flight Simulator needing 64GB RAM but aside from that, 32GB is plenty.

The motherboard is a good option for the level of build, the Strix designs have decent VRM support and good connectivity, they're definitely one of the higher quality boards out there without spending stupid money on things like the
I would change the SSDs to the P44 pro on the OS drive and P41 Pro on the game drive, you can have P44 on both if you wanted to but you won't benefit from the increased speeds on the game drive. The Samsungs don't have great endurance, and we've been seeing quite a few of them failing quite early on.
Other than that though, it's spot on things like the Crosshair or ProArt
I would probably opt for the Gigabye X870E board over the Strix. I don't like the fact that the Strix isn't an 870E chipset, poor choice from AMD in general for how they've released the options of these chipsets. The naming convention is a bit of a mess.
Storage is definitely poorly chosen. At this level of budget I would want the Crucial 1TB as a primary and probably the 4TB top end Corsair as a secondary. The budget is certainly there to "have it all", so why not
Build below as how I would personally spec it with a 5090 in mind, if I had that sort of money. Note the RAM on the build, I've chosen this with a view to run it at 6000Mhz and have a lower CAS latency of 28-30 tops. This is the sweet spot for AMD, with the lower latency being better. I wouldn't opt for 64GB unless you have a need for it. Even the likes of Flight simulator is unlikely to need it, you might get a frame or 2 but that'll be down to the game engine that will likely improve across the board anyway.
