What is a 'riser cable'

Yo, yo! My new gaming computer arrived today. The case is the Cosmos C700M with 'Addressable RGB Lighting' and 'Riser Cable'. So what on earth is a 'Riser Cable'? It must be quite trick to warrant printing the fact on the box

Sorry guys, I just figured it out. It seems that the Cosmos C700M has alternative configurations and the riser cable allows you to move the graphics card to a vertical position to show it off in all it's glory. Right anyone? I just left this thread on in case anyone else was wondering.
